Thanks for clarifying. Also the question was asked about moving from NEM 1.0 to NEM 2.0. I got the answer from another forum where someone with a few years left on a NEM 1.0 agreement wanted to move to NEM 2.0 to start a new 20 year grandfathering. it is not as simple as filling out a new application. The answer was that it needed to be a new and different system than the one under the original NEM 1.0 agreement.
