Question about power one aurora inverter error code

I just had this system installed on my home. The install company we went with has horrible customer service and I can never get ahold of anyone and they don't work weekends. Im getting an error message on the inverter that says "wrong input code e013". I tried cycling the power and it just keeps rebooting itself.

Is this a setting I can change or do I need to keep nagging this company to get back out here and fix it. I read the instruction manual and all it says is wrong input setting.

    Thanks in advance.

Fixed it. They had the inverter on the wrong input mode. Take off the front cover and flip the switch in the opposite direction. This video will show you what I'm talking about at 2:50 mark.

Did you contact their tech support? That's the first place to go. Installers, while sometimes good are also sometimes really bad at customer service. But going to the manufacturer is always best when you have a specific error code.

New install - What's your system specs? Where are you located (just for general reference)?

I also have Power One Aurora (PVI 3.6 US). Nice inverters. A bit noisy but glad they're out in the shed. Yesterday, they hit the max power output (4001W) each due to the cold weather and cloud-edge bursting.

          Thanks Bonaire. Nice pictures!

Out here in PG&E land, they use single digital meters which register every possible combination of net-buy and net-sell with TOD , etc. in different registers. But they have not incorporated the capacity into their smart meters in our area, so I still have a meter reader coming by every month. No SRECS, so no production meter mandatory, but our system installer put one in next to the inverter for their own maintenance and warranty purposes. It is sort of strange to see a seal on a meter that you own and nobody else reads.
