I have 96VDC Input Inverter, 5.5KVA inveter, 150Ah Battery/12 X 8nos of Battery. So which panel is suit for this system Load? and How?

You are putting the cart in front of the horse, we see this mistake daily here where someone has stuff, then wants to do something they have no idea if it can do it or not. You need to determine your daily power needs first, then design a system.

But based on your battery size alone you will need a 1500 watt solar panel. Now here is your big problem, assuming the batteries you have are flooded lead acid, they can only support about a 1800 watt inverter, and if running at 1800 watts will be at 50% DOD in just 4 hours. That is what happens when you put the cart in front of the horse.

I already buy these stuff. now I have to use these stuff. so can you help me out. which watt panel i have to use?

I have already answered your question. You need a minimum panel wattage of 1800 watts and a very expensive charge controller that can run 96 volt battery at least 20 amps. Good luck finding a charge controller that can operate on 96 volt battery.
