Hi folks, I'm new here. I do some work at a nearby market garden, helping with maintenance. Our packing shed has a solar panel, which trickle charges a lead acid battery. Said panel was blown over a couple f times in winter storms, before we got around to tethering it effectively
and now there's no measurable output. First lesson learnt.
But my Q is this: is it possible that the panel is repairable - ie is there a possibility that a wire has come adrift somewhere? Or are solar panels constructed in such a way that a couple of hard knocks is highly likely to render it unserviceable? I know nothing of their construction and so have to ask this what must seem a rather basic question. Thanks
