Equipment assistance for off grid mini home

I have a very small mini home that's off grid currently ran by a 3200watt inverted generator.

I want to start with a small battery storage and it'll still be mainly ran off the generator but once the system is setup very quickly transition to solar with the generator as a backup only.

Where I'm stuck is Im new and need the equipment.
I want it to be outside in an external enclosure but close to the mini home, it'll just be plugged into the L14-30 (I can get that part done)

Victron has caught my eye with their charger/inverters. It allows me to remain at 12v with my storage with their 3k or 5k system. Do I need a Mppt charge controller with these? It seems like they already handle solar charge controll being a charger/inverter??

3k should be enough for me I think but I'll probably go 5k.

What about the Fronius systems those also look like they'd suit my needs? I just learned about the Fronius ones today but I'm unsure if those would work with 12v.

The place is like 15x15ft and very minimal not even a furnace, all 120v and really my only constant is my fridge at 600kwh (I plan to get a much more efficient one)

The water pump and hot water tank are on their own breakers and thats it. 5 led lights.
Don't need 16 batteries in series parallel and 48v system nothing crazy.

Have you looked at the EcoFlow battery solutions? Pretty much plug and play and essentially designed for either camping or small, off-grid environments? Prior to us going solar here, we invested in an EcoFlow battery system for emergency power. We have the battery/inverter, secondary battery and a solar panel for recharging. I only had to use them once or twice.

On that rig, we have a wood shed that we are having renovated, and given the distance from the house to that structure, I will be using the EcoFlow rig for rudimentary powering once that structure is repaired.
