Replacement for Geo Solo PV

Hi,
My 10 year old inverter is the type that doesn’t transmit data, so my PV Setup includes a Geo Solo PV monitor - a sensor fits over the LED on the generation meter and sends to my in house display unit which has failed. They are no longer made .

is there anything out there that I can get to restore my monitoring capability as I’ve been unable to find anything other than companies who suggest a new inverter!

I had the same problem and purchased a geo minim+ with infa red pulse reader direct from geo at a cost of around £40. Although they say it is not suitable for PV systems it works perfectly when connected to the generation meter, it even calculates my expected feed in tariff quite accurately.

Thanks - I’ve managed to source a used one off eBay but this is helpful if the replacement fails
