Enphase system starts producing only at start of day

It's now November. To the best of my knowledge there is no firmware update addressing this problem. Enphase has been working on it at least since July 2023. I had some electrical work done today on my home, and the panels still refuse to resume producing once power is restored. I assume they'll resume tomorrow at sunrise. This is a minor inconvenience, of course, but it's disappointing that Enphase is taking so long to address it.
