Enphase D380 Issues with Replacement IQ7RMA Kit

I have been maintaining my system for about 10 years, replacing older Enphase M190 and D360 inverters with replacement inverters as they are under warranty. Last year I replaced 2 D380 inverters with two Enphase IQ7RMA kits (2 IQ7 based inverters on a "wip" that attached to the D380 drop cable). The newer kits caused my older D380s on that line to stop working. The resolution was that Enphase sent me 7 IQ7RMA kits to replace the D380 inverters on that string and things were back to normal.

In the Fall of 2022, I had 2 more D380s malfunction on 2 different inverter lines and Enphase sent me 2 IQ7RMA kits. Two week ago I installed one of the kits on the first line and the remaining D380 inverters on that line stopped working. I immediately opened a case with Enphase asking for replacement kits for the D380s on that line. The next day I installed the 2nd replacement kit on a 2nd line and the remaining D380 inverters on that line stopped working. I opened a 2nd case with Enphase asking for replacement kits for the D380s on that line.

I have been playing email tag with support and they are now claiming that my neutral line is at fault: "When replacing a legacy inverter with an IQ7RMA unit, the newer models do not use a Neutral wire, so one was bonded to one of the hot lines. As a result, when the Neutral is loose/broken on the site, it will cause a voltage variance."

I have verified that my neutral wire on both inverter runs is not loose or broken and communicated that to Enphase support, to which they responded "I will check with my leadership and will update u in 2 days. Your patience is highly appreciated."

It seems to me that the IQ7 based replacement kits do not work with the older D380/M190 inverters and Enphase is dragging their feet in providing the replacements.

Does anyone here have any knowledge of issues between the IQ7RMA kits and the older D380/M190 inverters? I need some leverage to get the older inverters replaced under warranty, especially as I now have 32 solar panels not working!

    Thanks!

Still looking for some help here as I continue to get the "Run Around" from Enphase for these warranty replacements.

    Thanks!
