I'm in search of a 400amp meter/main panel combo, flush mount, single phase, overhead feed. Seems this is not readily available anywhere in the US that I can find. I'm located in CA. Any leads would be appreciated. PM me.

Single phase 120Vac? That's going to be pretty tough, to impossible to find. How are you planning on supplying power to it? Not sure about legality but you can run a jumper between L1 and L2 in the panel and never use 240volt, breakers.
Maybe you can find a European 230 Vac panel.2 Kw PV Classic 200, Trace SW 4024 460ah, -
Lots of 400amp single phase can be found. Go to an electrical supply house that the trade uses.
Square D Homeline 400 Amp 30-Space 40-Circuit Outdoor Ring-Type Underground Main Breaker CSED with Class 320 Test Block Bypass SU3040D400CB - The Home Depot
Turns out when searching even Home Depot can get them for you Look for Square D, Siemens, Eaton those are the 3 the trades use.

I just need to upgrade my 200amp panel to 400 to accommodate more solar capacity.Comment

I'm In Illinois but I'm sure if you visit a local electric supply house you'll get what you need. Depending on what loads you have on your existing 200Amp panel you could just downsize your main breaker. I did that with mine going from a 200A main to a 150A giving me plenty of headroom for the solar output on the panel bus bars.Comment
