S-5! is the leader in standing seam roof mounts. They have been around for over 25 years and started with snow retention brackets and such. If I had a standing seam roof, I would go with them.
As far as MLPE (module level power electronics, microinverters/optimizers) you would need a third party bracket that would attached the MLPE to the back of the module. But since you have zero shading, it's probably not worth the extra cost and effort unless you need 2020 rapid shutdown compliance.
