OK that is BS and they just don't know what they are talking about.

There can be MANY owner accounts but their account is NOT owner but installer.
and further there can be multiple installer accounts associated with the same inverter.
here is one with two owners and both I and the installer also have "Installer" level access:

and this is how they set it:

They can also associate other installers (they have to make the association in a different area but grant it on site by site like this).
NOTE this is one I set up and associated back to the original install so we both have full installer access.

You can though set up an installer account and ask them to associate you to the ONE inverter you are on.
We have hundreds of associations with installers and individual system associations at full access.

The installer can add the owner to all rules also...

That would be great if i can setup those alerts. I sent the solar company an email showed them the screen shot you provided for setting rules. Lets see if they give me "Owner" access instead of Full Access

I just tried to setup an installer account and it won't let me proceed " The serial number you entered is already assigned to a different site."

So not sure how i can setup an account without a valid serial number they have not registered.

Back to begging the solar company to give me their login credentials to be able to monitor this level of info again.

This video will guide you through setting up email alerts via the SolarEdge monitoring portal.

have you check to see what alerts have been triggered?
According to them I have full access. I even got an email from solaredge and it states User Role: Full Access The user is a site owner. Do you think that is the issue they have me listed with Full access but not "Owner"?

it will be on alerts indefinitely, select Status: All and press "Apply Filter" and you will see all alerts that the system has thrown.

I do have installer access to most and full.owner to a few others.

I assume with your "installer" rights you have a lot more access than "owner" rights which explains why you mention you have access to everything the LCD offers and more. Not sure why SolarEdge would not allow the owner to have this access. Most likely most home owners don't monitor anything.
