you can see the LCD interface from the web montoroing page for one thing... so it shows all ALL of the LCD infor since it shows the LCD screen .
night mode (as i mentioned before) is listed if you right click on the inverter and select info. Pretty simple.
You can see error codes.
to get allerts you have to enable and set them up. Click on "show rules" then open a rule... make sure to set notification.
i have monitoried a lot more than a single inverter for longer than one year.
I assure you that you can get the info if you have the access
You keep saying you can get the same info and more but I don't recall seeing any of these menus in the portal.
"Click on "show rules" then open a rule... make sure to set notification."
Where is this option to "Show rules" I posted a screen shot, i don't see it?Comment

You mentioned you can see Error codes, where in Alerts? Perhaps you have installer access where I just have "Owner" access.Comment

You mentioned you can set alerts, i would love to but I don't see that option and the solar company says i have full owner rights. Maybe you have different rights than full owner rights.

you should have this button .

well that explains it lol. You think this could be because I'm just an "Owner" and not installer?Comment

it will be on alerts indefinitely, select Status: All and press "Apply Filter" and you will see all alerts that the system has thrown.
I do have installer access to most and full.owner to a few others.

I assume with your "installer" rights you have a lot more access than "owner" rights which explains why you mention you have access to everything the LCD offers and more. Not sure why SolarEdge would not allow the owner to have this access. Most likely most home owners don't monitor anything.Comment

if an error is active it will be in the alerts and the inverter info page.
it will be on alerts indefinitely, select Status: All and press "Apply Filter" and you will see all alerts that the system has thrown.

Back to begging the solar company to give me their login credentials to be able to monitor this level of info again.Comment

They can also set up some alerts for you too if you like.
have you check to see what alerts have been triggered?OutBack FP1 w/ CS6P-250P http://bit.ly/1Sg5VNHComment

According to them I have full access. I even got an email from solaredge and it states User Role: Full Access The user is a site owner. Do you think that is the issue they have me listed with Full access but not "Owner"?Comment

Makes sense, I checked and nothing showed up under alerts. It's clear the old error codes from the previous inverter didn't transfer over although the production data did so maybe it just goes back to as an "Site owner" i don't have access to it.

You can though set up an installer account and ask them to associate you to the ONE inverter you are on.
We have hundreds of associations with installers and individual system associations at full access.
The installer can add the owner to all rules also...

I did not know I could setup an installer account, does not that require permissions from SolarEdge and they have to approve your login and account as an installer?Comment

I just tried to setup an installer account and it won't let me proceed " The serial number you entered is already assigned to a different site."
So not sure how i can setup an account without a valid serial number they have not registered.Comment
