    SunPower SPR-X22-360 vs LG360Q1C-A5 Panels

Price aside, although I have received a few quotes that have them about the same price per watt, which of these panels do you think would be best in terms of reliability, durability and efficiency? After comparing these two panels, they look like they are very similar on efficiency. On the EnergySage website it looks like the SunPower panel is more resilient (or at least they have tested it for hail and wind, LG has not). I don't want to factor much into the warranty aspect as either company (SunPower) or division (LG Solar) could go out of business.

Efficiency is a measure of energy production to space, the sunpower claims 22% and LG 20.8%
That said 3kW of ANY pv modules regardless of efficiency will produce about the same power, they will just take up slightly different amounts of space.

As for loads, the LG has a higher wind load rating of 6000Pa/5400Pa vs the sunpower at 3000Pa/3000Pa

What is your installation location? roof mount? ground mount? arbor?

For all practical purposes, those two panels are about equal in terms of quality and annual output per installed STC kW. Since it's quite likely either of those panels will last longer on your property than the vendor will in the marketplace, I'd put more effort into doing my best to ensure a good choice of vendor. Low initial price is no indication of long term value or most bang for the buck.
