That's called a ground mount, or top of pole mount. Panels on a roof, MUST be achored to the structure to keep them from being blown off. For some standing seam metal roofs, there are some clamp-on brakets for the array racks, but I don't think that's applicable to you.

Hi Mike---In our area of New Mexico --many people choose to use a ballisted system by unirac--I think it's call rapidrac--but almost 200 dollars per panel--looking for other less expensive ideas--these racks lay on roof at 10 degree tilt and have bricks to add weight--I don't want to put holes in the roof structure and am happy with a low tilt-----What panel manufacturers do you like?

I like Evergreen, because they are USA made, and have better off-axis production, but others don't like them because they are about to go bankrupt. Nearly all name brand panels are pretty good.

I don't think evergreen is compatible with enphase either. I like the evergreen panels, but this rules them out for me.
