Commission a SunPower PVS5x monitor that was replaced

Hello, and good day to all members. This is my first time!

I had 14 SunPower solar panels installed on my roof in Utah by a dealer in Dec. 2016. That dealer is no longer in business now. SunPower says PVS5x monitor is not under warranty and I have to maintain it!

    Problem:
SunPower solar panel monitor, PVS5x quit communicating saying, “System can not communicate to network”. Failing all attempts to make it work, I bought a new PVS5x.

    Question:
Do I need to beg a SP tech. to commission this new PVS5x monitor? [their rate?: $250/hr incl. travel time!]
    OR
Can I do it all on my own with my laptop through LAN1 port by going straight to the browser site, "www.sunpowerconsole.com" as it says in SP's installation pamphlet? [by the way, is the site the same or has it changed, if anyone knows?]

Do I need any special information or any App. from SP to carry this out?

Any guidance to accomplish this is greatly appreciated in advance. SunPower is totally uncooperative in this regard.

    Thanks.
