Looking for a team for solar installation

Before saying something relevant to this topic, firstly i should stated that i am working in a solar company(or manufacturer) and i am here to looking business partners. I saw many business chance in solar industry all over the world, especially Australia, or India. But the problem is I do not have such a human network to achieve this goal. Marine(a member in the forum) told me that i should be brave to show something(relevant to solar industry) to you guys, so i hope that i can meet some friend or some business partners here.

Okay, back to the topic, I am looking for a team(technician, engineer) or a company or contractor to come to Hong Kong(or even China), which is very familiar in the solar installation to work with us.
Let me explain the situation now.
Hong Kong has only a few, or i can say none solar installation organization which can provide such services to our client. But we are now having many clients which NEED this services, and the approximate revenue may up to 2 Million(in HKD).

So, if you guys here know some contractor/company/team which is doing such business and want to work will us(able to send technician to Hong Kong), please let me know. Many thanks!

Looking for your comment or ideas.

You will have to follow local laws: rooftop weight loads, wind loads, sisemic load, Electrical code and Electric Company Interconnect (Grid Tie) rules. it may be there is no allowable grid tie, and thats why it's not done ?

I think it is not related to the local law, the problem in Hong Kong is: Solar is unpopular in Hong Kong, very unpopular. But the reason behind this is because of the environment in Hong Kong. "Solar" is kinda a expensive stuff to most people here. And most of the building is skyscraper, they stick together very close and tight, so it is very hard to build a solar system. If you have a chance to come here, you will know how dense Hong Kong is.

The client we have now is almost living far away from the center of the city. The live in a HOUSE instead of a tall building. They are almost Europeans and American which is passionate in Green energy and desire for a green house in Hong Kong.

Oh sorry i misunderstood Mike's word. :/ I will check the law here to see those requirements.

Thanks, Marine. I will try my best to achieve this goal. If you have friends that are willing to join me, please tell
