A friend of mine has a stack of ET solar panels. They have a connector on the end that look salmost like an MC4 connector. But standard Multicontact brand MC4 connectors won't mate with it. MC4's have a round hole in the end, these connectors have a square probe. Neither the male nor female connector on the panel will mate with an MC4.
Has anyone run into this? What kind of connectors can these be? Zero information on this on the ET solar site, technical documents do not describe the ends.
We'll talk to the dealer later on, but I wanted to know if anyone had run into this brand and this wierd connector.
