Recently, Astronergy has successfully developed the 4-busbar technology which will greatly benefit the clients with higher efficiency
for PV cells and more power output for PV modules to lower the total project investment. This technology will legally avoid some patent
problems in some countries and regions under the current situation.Compared to the traditional 3-busbar modules, the 4-busbar cells give
a range of performance advantages, including:
-Shortens current transmission lost due to the shorter distance between
busbars ;
-Reduces cell series resistance;
-Increases cell efficiency;
-Improve module conversion efficiency
-Module power can be rated up to 260/265W(60Pcs poly)
-Lower the risk of finger interruption with better screen printing
-Higher reliability
4 busbars technology is a part of Astronergy’s commitment to keep costs low for our customers while providing high efficiency products. With this technology developed, Astronergy will maintain our leading position in the market in terms of economic efficiency and highquality products. The 4-busbar technology will bring us more competitive products in the market which is expected to get into volume production in September, 2014.
