    Anyone know about the new LG NeoN series panels?

    So, I'm looking into the new LG 280 Watt Mono Solar Panel (LG280N1C-G3). I have limited space for my solar system, and these panels are something around 17 percent efficient. They product 280 watts in a 60 cell form factor (64.57 x 39.37 inches. They are the highest efficiency I have found that are also affordable.

    SunPower is supposed to have high efficient panels, but I can't actually find any specs on them. I have seen a number of folks on the forum that like SunPower, but SunPower leavea me wondering what the scam is. I can't find anything on them but hype.

    What is your opinion of the new LG solar panels? And do you know of anything that is as efficient?

      Really?!! Where did you look? There's plenty of info on Sunpower panels. You could start with their website. They even have a brochure.
      The 21.5% efficiency of that particular panel leaves the lg panel in the dust.

              I checked the SunPower website again and did find the specs sheets this time (links to PDF's). I apologize for my earlier over site. SunPower is impressive, but where can I purchase them? It looks SunPower has to install them. I'm planning to install my system in order to keep the cost down.

              Are there any other manufactures that produce affordable high efficiency solar panels? Any thoughts on the LG panels? http://www.lg.com/us/commercial/mono...lg-LG280N1C-G3
