Where to buy Soloar Panel/Charge Controller?

I need to find the cheapest panel or set of panels that would give me 24 Volts and 50 Watts. I am new to the this area of electronics and I am sure you all know the best places to buy this stuff.

It is cheap is there any reason why I shouldn't get a cheap one. I have no need for the fancy stuff like being able to communicate with other controllers.

I will also be needing a 1.5 Hp 24 volt 1700-1800 RMP motor. If anyone has any suggestions that would great!
