3xE - energy storage (lithium battery specialists)

    Hello

It is a pleasure to come here and contact alternative energy users and producers.

Our company (3xE - electric cars) builds electric cars since 2008. We are located in Europe (Poland).
We are specialised in battery (lithium ion) systems and some time ago we have decided to get more involved in energy storages for wind and solar systems.

I hope we will be able to support you with our knowledge and help you to upgrade your lead-acid batteries into lithium-ion batteries.

    Best regards,
    3xE team

FWIW, just for perspective, their featured all-in-one product of potential interest to PV types is a 9.6Kwh lithium storage system (3000 cycles to 70% DOD estimated) with a 240 volt output 3500 watt true sine inverter, and integral battery charger with AC input only. All for ~$9000.
Not quite what PV would need, but maybe adaptable. The battery packs are 48 volt, with complete internal BMS with active balancing, in 9.6Kwh modules.
It is configured appropriately for use as a UPS, or as a time-shifting storage for on-grid. (Which we know is economically a losing proposition....)
Their brochure states that it is suitable for PV, wind, hydro, etc. but without an MPPT DC input those uses will be very limited.

If anybody is strongly interested in Lithium storage for Off Grid, you may want to contact them or ask questions here.
