Welcome! I put my first solar power system up when I was 22, back when solar PV panels were $10/watt and only nuts used them. Today is a much better time to start getting into solar; the costs have come _way_ down.

I've a solar barbecue for cooking on my balcony and a portable solar oven for picnics. By the way I've also a solar shower for camping and I just bought a solar lighter, amazing
