Newish member here and have been posting and reading for a few months. Is there any way to private message other member's? I don't see that mechanism ,when nosing around in my profile. Is it not possible with this forum, or does it require a higher level of reputation/access (I see some sites have tiered access levels).

Just curious, as I'd rather not publish my email address in posts as a way for someone to contact me.

Unfortunately the PM function was removed due to spammers using it

I figured it was something like that. Was hoping there was some reputation based mechanism to allow it (e.g. X posts, Y months membership).
