Hello. I am looking for someone who can come onsite and assess my off-grid Outback system near San Diego. It is about 2.5 years old. The last time that I asked I was given the name of Jay Peltz, and he is amazing. Very helpful. But he lives out of this region of the country and cannot come onsite. Thank you.
