Legal evidence needed.
Thank you for letting me join, i am buying a house with panels, there is no evidence that they are owned by a ‘provider/rent a roof scheme’ BUT they vendor will not sign a document to say they are 100% owned, there seems to be no system in place for this. My solicitor has carried out a leasehold search on the land registry and all is clear BUT says there is no 100% guarantee. Crazy situation with these panels.
