    Introduction and Samil installer password

Hello there. I'm based in Leicester, UK. I have a 5.7 kw system consisting of 20 x Seraphim 285W (Black Framed) panels and a Samil
Solar River 6000TL-D inverter. The system was installed in December 2015. Unfortunately, they've never quite functioned properly and due to my own chronic illness and the installer going bust soon after (having traded for many years), I've never managed to resolve the issues. It doesn't now help that Samil have also disappeared.

I have 2 strings with 10 panels on each side of my roof. They are connected through a single isolater specifically for dual strings. Each string is connected to the inverter correctly.

However, I face constant cutting out of the system due to over voltage during classic conditions - such as strong sun but lower temperatures. The simple reason is that the inverter believes only one string is connected, rather than dual strings. Thus on the display, all the voltage is going down string one and no voltage is showing on string 2.

It's unclear whether this is a setup fault by the installer or a fault in the inverter. I'd like to determine whether it is possible to properly setup the inverter as having dual strings in its software. The inverter requires the requisite installers password in order to change any parameters. Given Samil and my installer no longer exist - how on earth do I acquire the password?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.
