I have contracted a 4.9 kW Westinghouse Solar PV roof mount system with micro-inverters through South Coast Green Light of Swansea. I'm expecting the permit to be approved tomorrow.

It took 2 months for the Mass CEC to approve my rebate and now two weeks for the permit. I'm very excited to get the system. But, I have so much to learn. I don't even know what I don't know.

I use the same user name on twitter.

I'm looking forward to learning from all of you.

Apparently Westinghouse Solar is in reality Akeena Solar. Westinghouse licensed use of the company name to Akeena for solar.

Nothing Westinghouse to it.

Correct, Westinghouse approached Akeena to put their name on the panels. I wonder how much money Westinghouse made on that.

Probably a lot - Akeena is known by a few in the solar field and no one else.
