Nice board, I'm getting lots of good info I never knew before about other people's experiences installing solar. I don't have one yet (I average about $100 per month in electricity in the central valley in california). But we get lots of sun, use lots of AC in the summer, and we'll (hopefully) get a 2 to 5 kW system when the price per watt installed drops low enough.
