Need Advice/Help with Wiring diagram on 48 volt sytem

As the title suggests, Im looking for help wiring A system up. I will attach the diagram below and would really appreciate your help and input as how to go about wiring it up effeciantly.

    System consists of the following.
    2 x 24v 250w solar panels
    2 x 24v 45 amp digital solar controllers/regulators
8 x 12v 105 amp deep cycle batteries (to be places in series and parralel)
    1 x 3000va/2400w pure sinewave ups inverter.

I would appreciate help in connecting the system up effecitantly, in terms of charging all the batteries up evenly at a steady rate.

Thanks in advance for all the help

You will need to replace the 24 V charge controllers with a 48 V controller for this to work.

As well as increasing the panel wattage. With only 500watts it will not be enough to charge that 48V 210AH battery system.

Everything you have shown will not work. You need to start over from scratch. First read this stickie and then come back and tell us?

        • How much power you will use in a day in Watt Hours
        • What is the location
        • Do you have clear unobstructed view of the horizon to the east, south, and west with no shade issues
        • Time of year use.

You cannot do anything until you have all that figured out. Otherwise anything you do will fail and just be a waste of money. Once you learn what it really takes will completely change your point of view.

ditch the bogus chargers, no such thing as "digital solar charger". They are either MPPT or PWM, both kinds have digital and analog parts inside.

Swap the 8, 12V, 100ah batteries for 8, 6V, 200ah batteries. Same watthours of storage, but only a single series string.

Reassess your PV wattage, battery and inverter ratios. They are not well balanced unless there are special circumstances we are not aware of.

And the "balance of system" gear, wire, fuses(or ckt breakers), panel boxes, conduit......

UPS inverters are often not very efficient, as they have no need for efficiency or long term cooling past 15 minutes.
