    Model SPR-E20-435-COM

I can get this 435 watt panel for $100 new but I dont understand why it says output voltage 72.9v . What kind of panel is this and why doesnt it say 12 v instead. I think SunPower makes it. Is it 6-12 vdc batteries in series to be charged? I tried 1 hour to sort this all out before asking you folks but no luck.

Actually you saw it for $1.09 a watt online
No warranty Sunpower only warrants ones installed by authorized dealers.
The emails have been flying about this today.

That is a 128 cell panel.
Voltage would be correct. It is designed for a grid tie installation but could be used for off grid with an mppt controller.
