Just thought this was an interesting article about a buyout Vivint solar

Why would Vivint first become the second largest residential solar installer in the US just a little while ago and then decide to sell it to another company?

If course if you look at the customer reviews there were more thumbs down then up. Maybe they got in above their head and got a great deal to bail out.

My 5 experiences with the subject vendor on an HOA interface basis have not been, IMO only, as good as with other vendors. Based on my interactions with this vendor, if I were in the market, I'd not consider them a viable bidder for my business.
