I have Xantrex inverter (Xantrex XW - hybrid inverter / charger XW6048-230-50) inverter which is 230V output and 48 volts DC input am using in my home in Africa, it is connected and running on battery backup and i use generator o recharge the betteries when needed (I also have Xantrex charge controller (Xantrex XW-MPPT60-150) which i havent installed. I also have Trina Solar panel TSM 230dc05 all in Africa, where we have 230V system unlike 110V in the US. This is my first time actually trying to incorporate/integrate solar panels/modules into this my battery backup inverter system. I have an offgrid system with battery backup (Concorde Battery PVX-2240T 6 Volt 220 Amp Hour) already running well in the house, being charged by generator. I want to now add modules/panels to the system to reduce the number of times i have to buy diesel for the generator.
My questions/challanges are
1) how to interconnect the modules Trina Solar panel TSM 230dc05 to the already running system. I have enough modules (over 100 modules sitting unconnected), just want to know your advise
2)how many of the modules can be used at one time. Average power consumption in the house is 2500W average
3)also how do I interconnect the modules? do I connect serially or parallel.
4) How many panels/modules should I connect to cpmensate for the 2500W to 4000 watt power consumption
