Solar array voltage drop issue

325w x 4 = 1300 w @ 26V =50A
your controller is rated for 40A
As the MPPT cycles up and down, it may not be able to find
a stable point for just 40A, and gives up. After a while of this
abuse, it may be cooked.
We still have no idea about the PV panel specs,

First post I gave model #'s of panels and cc. The cc is supposed to be able to handle one and a half times it's rated output so I'm well within that.
Thanks for all the suggestions, Im sure I know what's happening now

Panels are 4 x 325w CS6U-325P wired two sets in series then paralleled
You will never catch me bothering to look up a users panel specs, because the specs are right there in front of YOU.
