Anyone have issues with Northern Arizona wind & sun and Schneider technical support?

I purchase a complete off-grid kit from Northern Arizona wind & sun that included Schneider MPPT controller and SW4024 inverter. After installation, I find that the inverter fans run almost continuously and after many calls to NAS&W they basically turn me over to Schneider to help me with the problem. Doing my own research, it looks like the issue is that my unit has early firmware that has been updated to correct this problem. After a number of calls to Schneider tech support, they finally agreed that my firmware needed updating to a 3.+ version. I just received a config unit that I had to provide a deposit for that was suppose to upgrade the firmware. There were no instructions that was promised and when I installed the thumb drive provided to see if the installation instructions were loaded, I find the disk is corrupted?? My EE engineer friends told me that Schneider was a top tier company but I'm not seeing it. Am I along with support issues with both NAS&W and Schneider?

Have you tried the Northern Arizona Wind & Sun forum or is that forum
completely broken down and shot now?

The last time I tried to post something at NAWS I mentioned this forum here
and one of the moderators went into a nervous break-down about this place.
When I wouldn't agree with his condemnation of my man Sunking and da gang
they threw me out for 3 days.

However at least I understood what was shaking.

Here ole Russ threw me out for 30 days and I never did understand that one.

Anyway back to your issue unless its going to kill somebody just wear them out
but try to keep a sense of humor about things. Its amazing how much difference that
    can make.

Search: Youtube Stargard 'Wear it out'.

What sort of device did they send you ? Combox ? Implanter ?

If you can find your inverter model on the tech support page, you can DL the latest firmware and send it to the flash drive they sent.

Maybe you can find someone in your local area that can help you ?
