Uni Solar 136 watt 24 volt panel

I am looking at the Uni Solar 136 watt 24 volt panel. I have a 46 foot custom trailer. It would work good to stick this right to the top of the trailer as it is a metal roof. I'm wondering will it take a -30 degree Minnesota winter and not fly off the next summer. I don't know if I can screw it down and not sure I want to put holes in my roof that could end up leaking.

Also cant find much information about what I need to run this panel. Does it come with cables? I know I need a MPPT controller. What MPPT controller do I need. Can I get by on a 20 dollar one? I am running two 6 volt Trojan T105's in series making 12 volts. I can't plug into shore power very often and would like to maintain the batteries and maybe run the fridge on gas. I can't seem to keep the batteries charged unless I run my 5.5 kw propane generator 20 hours a week. This is very costly.

For what I'm doing is there a better option than the Uni Solar? I see it has good reviews but seems to be discontinued which is a red flag. I have read that most converters for Rv's are really not great. I tried a 10 amp battery charger plugged in while running the generator and it barely moved the needle after 3 hours. This was with my 45 amp converter in my trailer. I could go to an 80 amp converter but I've read it's still not going to help and they never work like they say. Would going to a 30 or 40 amp battery charger plugged into the battery's be a better option than solar? If I can charge my batteries on 4 or 5 generator hours a week instead of 20 I'd be all for it but am trying to avoid needing 20 hour run time.

Anyway any input would be much appreciated and I'm trying to find the best option for solar without spending more than 2 to 300 dollars.
