    off grid solar inverter

In off grid solar inverter with the single panel power optimization, anti islanding protection is required or not?

No. anti islanding protection only needed for grid tie systems. Different type of inverter needed for off-grid.

But this also means that an off grid inverter (unless it is a hybrid inverter) must never be connected in parallel to another active source of power, such as a generator or other non-communicating off grid inverter.
Also, if you there is a grid connection which may be used, just not when the off grid inverter is running, you will need to have an interlocked transfer switch to prevent them from accidental cross connections. In some cases the transfer switch is built into the off grid inverter.
