15amp junction box on solar panel

I have a question about tieing some 230 watt solar panels 24v 7amp.
on the panel it says maximum series fuse rateing is 15amps
first of all im almost thinking thats a misprint because you don't increase amps by tieing them together in series, that increaseing volts. but anyways does this mean that i can only have as big of a system is that junction box is rated for? what if i want to do a bigger system then that? do i just do subarrays of lets say 2 15amp systems and tie them together in parrellel at the battery bank?

does nobody have any input? do i just simply do subarrays with blocking diodes? do i tie the subarrays together in parallel? at the controller?

if the junction box on the panel(where the wires come out of the panel) is rated for 15 amps, why can't i do 2 arrays each say 12 amps then before the junction box where i combine each sub array i can have blocking diodes to keep the power flowing the right way... that way each sub array never makes it over 12 amps. i combine the 2 sub arrays in parallel to get 24 amps.. i can't do this?

using a dc combiner box to combine all the arrays together. do i need blocking diodes in there on each sub array?

nvm people i found the answer in my book.. mabye you guys just didn't understand what i was asking. but you guys were not any help. i use breakers in the dc combiner box on each set of panels.
