    Yes you did
I got confused when you kept saying PWM

My bad, but makes no difference in the conclusion. No matter how you spin it, he is SCREWED.

        Rudeness

I fail to understand why when someone asks a question he or she would get arrogant rude answers.JimD

I am not trying to justify the way people respond on this site because I felt much the same way as you do, but I guess everyone volunteers their advice (as far as I know) and some of them have made thousands of responses on this site alone. I guess short straight answers are the result of that and sometimes you catch people on a bad day, overall though the responses are polite, there are exceptions, but that's life wherever you go. It's your choice to take the advice or leave it.
If I was you I would hang in there and you will eventually get the right advice in terms that make sense to you.

Yes I understand the advantages of 24-48v , but I won't be switching any time soon, just not practical
Switching over to 24V worked out well for my system but cost me a few bucks!.
My CC is connected to the + at one end of the battery bank and the - at the other end. Which terminals have you connected each CC to? Would you have a photo you could upload of your battery bank? I might follow your lead if it proves beneficial.

Thank You Beanyboy57 I did not join the forum looking for advice.I have been living in a solar home for 23 years now and happy with my system of 12v panels and 400 watt windmill thats been purring away for about 12 years now. When I put the system in everything was 12volts That panel are 23 years old and I am on my third set of battery's.My point is sharing knowledge Helps everyone if it becomes a burden maybe they should back off a little and take a rest. Welcome Jim with 23 years of history and full of unasked for advice. Whether the 23 years has any meaning we have yet to learn. Some people accumulate knowledge over time while others re-experience the same over and over.

Why? Because a new member of a few days is upset?
