Trying to get my battery pack working

Hi
triying to get my batt pak working.
Have 16 3.2v 300ah 1C lpo bat packed as 51.2v 300ah. with Daly smart BMS 250a.
After fixing the stand the batt pack wont start anymore but as adviced did start the pack shorting the bms .
But will trigger and goes off again.
If somebody help me with this have photos from the lcd screen before and after the system went off.

Do you have a charging source working on the battery when you start it up? Generally when you put charging current to the battery it will come alive.

Did you top balance all the cells before you assembled it and can you see each individual batteries voltage on the Bluetooth app that hopefully you have?
