I'm getting ready to buy 8 SPRE 6v 377Ah batteries for $2455 from Renvu. Thought I'd throw this post up to see if anyone knows of a better deal on batteries...

Just remember that Renvu does not make batteries. They contract with some mfg, and have their sticker installed. If you can easily discover who makes the batteries, you may be able to get a better deal thru them. Look at the molding on the case, the way the terminals are angled, any lift ropes or finger grips for clues as to who mfgs them.

They're Trojan... but I don't think Trojan sells directly.

Yep... I've shopped around and $304ea from renvu seems like the best deal... I also get free shipping. Have you seen cheaper anywhere?
