If in doubt sell it to china. I have a pretty good suspicion that anyone who has their product installed is SOL. It always looked like the technology had a niche, it just wasn't home storage. Square pegs really don't fit in round holes no matter how much investment, PR (and hammering) is applied.

Sad to hear about those batteries not being a good fit for the home owner. At least someone (China) will pick up the baton and keep the research going on that technology.
