Help! What do I do with all these 10W Panels?

I have around 200 - 10 Watt / 5 Volt Output semi-flexible panels that I cannot use. They were ordered with a 5 Volt Output to try to power small electronics directly but obviously this was not stable enough to work for us. I am wondering the easiest way to either change the output voltage to 18v or a way to bank/use the 5v output. I am open to any creative ways to use these panels, I do not need to use them for the original purpose any more, but could if it makes sense/cents. Thanks.

If your panels have wiring boxes on the backside, you often have the option to change jumpers. But small flexible panels likely don't have the terminal boxes. sorry

unfortunately they will not work for the lighting project I had in mind...

However, I will contact you if I want any in the near future.
