Hey Sunking, Thanks for Your Help

You gave me a lot of great pointers on an off-grid bugout van. That was 4 years ago, everything worked out perfect. It did everything myself. It took a year to plan, but the interior is virtually done. First Ill post some pics of the wiring diagrams I made, then Ill post some of the interior.

Thanks... no noise issues with the stereo, unless you're sitting next to me at a traffic light. Even with rattle trap and several layers of insulation you may not be able to hear the stereo in your car over the van.

What I do want to do it run a line from the back system to the 12v starting battery. The van sits for a week at a time and the alarm wears down the battery.

I can always turn my key to the start position which opens up the battery isolator and it will quickly charge the front battery but I want something more automatic.

Can I just run a line from the back system to another charge controller to keep the front battery topped off?

Even down to the grease you told me the old timers used... My connections still look as good as brand new.
