Looking for appropriate charge controller

Hi,

The batteries and panel are new. I inherited this system and would like to maximize it's potential instead of scrapping and building from scratch. There are 4x) 6V batteries available and a 100W panel. I don't have any information on the inverter so I am hoping that is irrelevant. I need to buy a new charge controller. What is the recommended configuration for the batteries and what charge controller should I buy? The component specs are below:

Batteries
Model: Trojan T-105
Quantity: 4
6V Deep Cycle
225Ah

Panel
Model: Instapark 100W
Maximum Power Voltage: 17.5V
Open Circuit Voltage: 22V
Maximum Power Current 5.71A

That 100 watt panel can't charge those batteries, you need at least 600 watts panels to charge those batteries properly.

It is not completely irrelevant. Are your batteries already in series, for 48 V? If not.. it would help to know what the max voltage input for the inverter is, so you can wire your batteries accordingly and match the charge controller to that.
