Need help, how do i make things adhere to slygard

Hey guys,

I need some help, i am making a solar panel, so far i have the cells encapsulated with slygrd. I missed a few spots so i poured clear plasti-dip over the cured slygard. The plastidip did not bond to the slick slygard surface. What can i do to make things bond to it. spray super 77 adhesive on it? im guessing primer will not stick either. Any ideas would be helpful.

well I'd get some sandpaper out and try that?
obviously getting more sylgard 184 would be the easiest, but its kind of pricy.
