I was going to use EVA film encapsulation and had ordered through ebay some film from Ireland, of all places. But it turns out that postal rates are now too high for the seller.
So checking further at ebay the cost of the postal rate from the US is nearly as much as the cost of the material!!! Hell thats crazy. Where else can I buy this stuff in southern california?? The postage is killing me.
