What's the best sealant on the market right now to seal the penetrations, and flashings in case when need to be sealed? And what are the prices?

We use geocel. I think it's about $7-$8 a tube. It's supposed to stay flexible for at least 50 years. -
We use PL (now owned by Locktite) roof and flashing seal. It's a black polyurethane based sealer that stays flexible and adheres to everything that we ever used it on.

I have actually used that around windows, it holds up very well. They actually have a clear that looks clear as glass and doesn't yellow.Comment
