what fuse do I need

In short and simple terms I have got ten 100watt panels= 1kw and one 80amp charge controller and one 2000watt 12v inverter two 12v batteries so here is the question what amp fuse do I put from charge controller to batteries?

What kind of batteries Type and AH rating, and charge controller do you have.
Your batteries if flooded lead acid should be about an 800AH capacity to handle that amount of charge current.
