Encapsulant Recommendation - Extreme cold temperatures

Hello,

I live in northern Canada and air temperature during winter can go up to -50 (- 60-70 with wind). I would like to make a solar panel but I do not know which encapsulant would be best for that temp. range. Are there any good encapsulants suited for this geography?

I would only suggest, that wind chill does not apply to machinery, which is already at outdoor temp and doesn't sweat. Bruce Roe

I would have to guess Double Sided Eva Tedlar.
Its better than single sided Eva for weathering.

I doubt anything with EVA would be a good choice in this application.
