Question about Solar Phone Charger

Can someone help me Clarify if this Solar Charger will handle

20 Volt and 2 Amps

Ive made a 36 small solar cell in series and just want some answers before I connect it..

1) currently any post with links gets placed into the moderation que, but we will approve it ASAP. So assume the post will eventually appear,

2) the controller dies at 20.01 Volts 36 cells at 75F should only give 19.8v For me, that's way too close to killing the controller.

Okay Mike Thanks Alot, I wasnt sure an will not post multiples posts again.
I think you are right tho. But Im sure in direct sunlight it may not even get that much volts. These are second grade solar cells nothing new. Ive got thousands of them, good for practice.
